Bilingual RAG Assistants

An AI assistant that answers from your knowledge, correctly, in two languages.

From $2,000 3–6 weeks

Pricing & Timeline

Clear expectations, no surprises. Choose the tier that fits your needs.

Why this matters

Generic chatbots make things up, and most RAG vendors treat Arabic as an afterthought: retrieval that misses, text processing that mangles diacritics, answers that drift between languages mid-sentence. If your customers and documents live in Arabic and English, the retrieval layer has to be bilingual by design, not translated at the end.

Guarantee

A grounded assistant passing a bilingual eval suite, deployed on your infrastructure, in 3 to 6 weeks depending on tier.

The hidden problem costing you customers

A hallucinating assistant is a liability with your logo on it: wrong answers to customers, support tickets it created itself, and trust that is expensive to rebuild. Grounding, evals, and guardrails are the difference between an asset and an incident.

Without this service:
  • • A chatbot that invents answers under your brand
  • • Arabic retrieval bolted on and quietly failing
  • • Vendor lock-in with your knowledge in someone else's silo
With our services:
  • • Answers grounded in your content, with citations
  • • Arabic and English tested to the same quality bar
  • • Deployment you own: your keys, your data, your stack

How we solve it

Grounded means tested, in both languages.

Phase 1
Knowledge Audit
What you have, what shape it is in, and what is missing. Retrieval quality starts at the source content.
Phase 2
Ingest & Index
Chunking and embedding with Arabic-aware processing into pgvector. Both languages indexed as first-class.
Phase 3
Retrieval Tuning
Query handling, ranking, and citation wiring, tuned against real questions your users actually ask.
Phase 4
Bilingual Evals
A test set in Arabic and English defines answer quality. Hallucination, citation, and refusal checks gate launch.
Phase 5
Deploy & Learn
Production rollout with analytics on real questions. Weak spots feed the next tuning round.

What you get

Grounded Assistant

Web widget, in-product UI, or API, RTL-correct in Arabic

Retrieval Pipeline

Ingestion, pgvector index, and ranking, documented and yours

Bilingual Eval Report

Answer quality measured in both languages before launch

Guardrails & Analytics

Scope bounds, human escalation, and a view of what users ask

Proof it works

Our own platform runs the same foundations we build for clients: a translation-keyed Postgres schema where every record is bilingual by design, pgvector-ready Supabase, Arabic and English content pipelines, and edge APIs on Cloudflare Workers. Your assistant is grounded in production architecture, not a demo stack.

AR+EN
Content bilingual by schema design
pgvector
Retrieval layer on Postgres
Workers

Frequently asked

Don't see your question? Get in touch!

What content can the assistant learn from?

Websites, help centers, PDFs, Notion or Google Docs, and internal databases. The knowledge audit maps what you have; messy sources get cleaned during ingestion, and gaps are flagged before they become wrong answers.

How do you handle Arabic properly?

Arabic-aware chunking and embedding, retrieval tested with Arabic queries, and RTL-correct UI. The eval suite runs in both languages, so Arabic quality is measured, not assumed.

What if it doesn't know an answer?

It says so and escalates. Refusal rules and scope bounds are part of every build; an assistant that admits ignorance beats one that invents.

Who owns the system?

You do: the index, the prompts, the deployment, and the API keys. The Knowledge Upkeep retainer is optional, and everything is documented so your team can run it alone.
